Double Trouble Theatre Company was founded in 2017 by Adam Baylis and Mack Newton, two guys who want to make a difference to the world of theatre in education. Double Trouble want to offer effective and affordable packages to schools, and cater for other educational groups and students of all backgrounds, who might not have access to this kind of learning tool.

As a company, we have been awarded an OnComm Award by the Offies and we pride ourselves on the quality of our work.

Between us, we have over 10 years of experience in professional theatre, and have performed for students of all ages across 7 countries and 2 continents. We understand the importance of high quality theatre, and its adaptation for students of all ages. Our style focuses on accessible theatre for all ages, performing a show that wows our audience, but also involves them in the process. Double Trouble theatre company creates, develops and tours new and existing works to venues all over the UK whether it be a school hall or major theatre at affordable prices so that people from all backgrounds can experience a theatrical production. We provide that crucial hands-on experience for new performers and use our hard-hitting TIE shows to provide an insight into the world of literature and performing arts.
